About Garden Goat Landscaping
Garden Goat Landscaping was founded by South Island born and bred, Tyler Frenguelli.
Growing up in the beautiful native forests of Tasman, he developed a love and passion for the outdoors. This led him overseas to gain experience landscaping for high end companies in both Scotland and Canada. After returning to lay down his roots in Wanaka he worked for several more years as a landscaping foreman, which allowed him to gain knowledge of the unique Central Otago environment.
Coming from a design background Tyler holds a Bachelor of Design Innovation and has furthered his studies with certificates in horticulture and landscape design.
Combining this with a wealth of practical experience he is perfectly positioned to help create your vision of a dream garden.
Tyler believes in combining strong relationships, thoughtful design and hands on construction experience to create bespoke outdoor spaces for you and your family to enjoy!

We like to take a personal approach by coming to get a feel for the space, discussing ideas and guiding you towards what you wish to achieve. Design
It's time to visualize our thoughts and ideas.
Using industry leading software we take our discussions and form them into something tangible. Often the design stage starts to trigger new ideas and, being a fluid process, changes can be made anytime throughout. By nailing down the final site plan we can then provide a comprehensive estimate for your project. Referencing our extensive plant knowledge we not only create a garden that looks amazing now, but in 10 years time!
Construct
This is where it all starts to take shape.
Nothing feels quite as good as breaking ground on a new project, and this is where it all starts to take shape. Our team of super friendly experienced landscapers ensure the project progresses as quickly and smoothly as possible. We do it all, from softscapes like lawns, berms and garden beds to hardscapes such as patios, pathways, planter boxes, stone walls, rockeries, fencing and so much more. Of course surviving the summer heat of Central Otago means we are irrigation specialists as well. We’re here to work with you to achieve the best possible experience and outcome!
